This space consists of grassy as well as hard-decked surface areas with multi-levels. Wheelchair users would need assistance.

House Rules

  • No smoking on lawn areas
  • Music at acceptable residential levels
  • No foul language or music
  • The event host must be present before guests are allowed into the venue. Please start and end your event on time. You have a two-hour early access period for set-up and a one-hour period for post-event clean-up.

Cancellation Policy

You must notify us promptly via email of requests for cancellation or change of dates. Refunds for cancelled bookings will be issued according to the following schedule:

  • 14+ days prior to an event – Full refund
  • 6 – 13 days prior to an event – 50% of the booking fee forfeited
  • 5 days prior to an event – Full booking fee forfeited
