You must notify THE VENUE Host promptly via email with requests for cancellation or change of dates. You should contact us directly for any rescheduling or cancellation questions.
Extenuating circumstances leading to cancellation by THE VENUE (states of emergency, national disasters) will result in total refund to the Client. In the event of an extended power outage, you (User) would have the option to reschedule a date for your event. Extenuating circumstances on your part (severe illness, death) will be considered for reschedule or refund as to be determined.
Refunds for cancelled bookings will be issued as outlined on each venue’s Listing Page.
A change of date can be requested but may be treated as a cancellation and a penalty applied on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstance.
